CFGB Nutrition Challenge
The #800gChallenge is simple - all you have to do is eat 800 grams, by weight, of fruits and vegetables each day. There are no foods to eliminate, you just concentrate on getting all 800 grams of the good stuff in!
This challenge is by EC Synowski of OptimizeMe Nutrition, a certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach who has educated thousands of individuals on nutrition.
Why a Challenge At All?
You come to CFGB for the workouts, but nutrition is AS IMPORTANT AS WORKING OUT. In our modern and busy lives, we are all subject to not getting the proper nutrition. We use these types of challenges to provide the same group atmosphere that's successful for workouts. It's about challenging yourself and/or learning something new about your nutrition.

What Do I Do?
Eat 800 grams of fruits and veggies a day. Upload the pictures to the Wodify Rise app so your points can be tracked. There are 7 possible points per day. The person with the most points wins!
