New to CrossFit? We love Beginners!

Starting CrossFit can seem intimidating. At CrossFit Gulf Breeze, we work with each new client to determine a fitness model that best fits their individual needs. Our programming is meant to be scaled and suitable for all ages and physical conditions.

You don’t have to be at a certain fitness level to start CrossFit; you just have to start! I hear often that people think they need to workout before starting. That’s not the case. Each movement can be scaled and modified to fit your fitness level and needs. Working with a prior injury or surgery, that’s ok too. There is something you can do instead. CrossFit it a community of people that encourage one another to finish the workout and come back tomorrow. Once you start.... no matter how hard it is or how much it hurts..... you will want to come back for more. You will leave feeling accomplished every single time!
