Whether you’re brand new to fitness or experienced, we can help guide you with the movements to make sure you’re moving safely and efficiently. You may begin seeing results very quickly.     Everyone’s goals are different. Maybe you want to add a few years to your life, get more mobile, run a 5K for the first time, or be competitive in CrossFit. We encourage you to set goals and work with our coaches and community to reach them. We’ll be by your side each step of the way.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

We have members of all fitness levels. We have scaling options and modifications for every movement we use in our program. Many of our members have a goal of getting a pull-up. We hope to help you achieve it, too!

Will I get bulky?

Everyone’s body responds to fitness differently. By doing CrossFit only, you will likely not get bulky. However, by reducing your body fat and gaining muscle mass your body will become more defined.

How long do the workouts last?

Our classes are one hour long. Each class is structured with a built in warmup. Your coach will review the workout with each class. Then, we will have a short weightlifting session followed by metabolic conditioning. Sometimes, we deviate from this for partner workouts, or hero workouts.

Do you offer discounts?

We consider our rates to be a discount. Most CrossFit gyms are priced at $125 or higher in our area. We love CrossFit and helping people, so we offer a competitive rate and do not offer discounts.

Is CrossFit safe?

Absolutely. Our experienced and certified coaches will provide you with instruction on movements and of all exercises. It’s our goal to to make sure you move as well as possible to avoid injury.

Can I talk to someone in person?

Absolutely! Your first class is free, but you’re welcome to come in and ask questions. If a class is occurring, we ask that you come a few minutes before or stick around after. The best way to get in touch is e-mail. Our e-mail is crossfitgulfbreeze@gmail.com
